Online coaching is the most flexible, cost-effective, way to reach your fitness goals. If you want to work out where and when it's convenient for you – instead of relying on someone else's location and availability – at the fraction of the cost of in-person fitness training, online coaching could be for you. You can get fit even if your schedule is crazy and your budget is tight.
Each training program is customized.
After you sign up, you’ll fill out a detailed assessment. Fitness goals, level of experience, workout and diet preferences, physical limitations, and more. I will then use this information to design a workout and nutrition plan that is a perfect fit for you.
I will give you step-by-step instructions and demonstration videos for every exercise in your plan.
You can view these instructions and videos in the Total Commitment Lifestyle training app, or by logging in to your computer.
For classes, yes it is preferred. If you don't have anything I can help you find items around your house that will work great!
For training, we create your workout based on what equipment you have or don't have in your home.
No, not at all. Although I won't be able to help you with form or push you to the next rep if I can't see you!
Yes! I will provide nutritional education and personalized meal planning (per your program).

I will provide custom nutritional information and write menu suggestions and options about food choices, caloric intake, meal timing, shopping lists and preparation. I do not claim to possess dietary degrees, registered or otherwise, and will not provide medically based nutritional advice.
I assist in the development of meal planning, using positive accountability and journaling through MyFitnessPal or FitBit, which links directly to the Total Commitment Lifestyle app.
